The Central Canterbury Masters Final was played at Tai Tapu Golf Club yesterday in perfect weather and the course in superb condition.
Tai Tapu played against Hororata Black, with the result coming down to the last hole before the Tai Tapu team of, from left Scott Ward, Jason Blair (Captain), Ricky Hetherington, Paul Howley, Damian Hanrahan, Derek Watson and Murray Chapman won 5 ½ – 3 ½ against a very gallant Horota side of Al Sime, Dan Reardon, Shane Prendergast, Barry Marshall, James Perkins and Andrew Kenworthy.
